The above extract is taken from the piece “My Greatest Olympic Prize” written by Jesse Owens. Here the ‘games’ referred to are the Olympic Games of 1936 held in Berlin, Germany. 
 
The author, Jesse Owens, wasn’t worried about the games because he had trained and disciplined himself for six years for the same.
