Throughout the poem the poet intends to narrate or just report what was happening at the moment in that particular day. For this kind of narration the journal form suits well, this style is colloquial and it requires no stanza or rhythmic element. Though it follows a regular rhyme scheme, it’s rather dumb. The poem is a continuous narration without stanza patterns. This is what makes the poem unique and look like a report. The poet is clever enough to convey his message indirectly through a completely objective narration (not showing poet’s own feelings or thoughts). Though it may seem a bit messy at first, thorough reading would reveal the uniqueness and beauty of the poem.
