Supernatural? No.
 
It’s all about human courage and dogged determination that helped the boy reach the hospital in such difficult conditions. Again, this courage and this determination come from his father who is a brave hunter. Moreover nature in that hill region where life is so difficult has made them tough both physically and mentally. So, we may conclude that Sher Singh’s effort is not supernatural but superhuman, no doubt.
