Why is the expression “I believe” repeated at the beginning of each stanza of the poem “I Believe” by Brucellish Sangma?

The line is repeated to emphasize the theme of self-belief. The poet’s belief is very strong that she can achieve high goals in life. The repetition also gives the poem a rhythmic enhancement.

The poet repeats this line *I believe* to fill enthusiasm for the reader and to encourage him/her to achieve excellence in life that she couldn’t as she was bound by her responsibilities
