As mentioned in Chief Seattle’s Speech, what message has the White Chief sent to Seattle and the native people of America?

Or, What proposal was put forward to the Red men by the Great White Chief?

The Great White Chief has sent greetings of friendship and goodwill to Seattle and his native American people. In his proposal, he has expressed his willingness to buy the native land of the Red Indian Americans and promised to extend his support to protect the native children and women from their ancient enemies like the Haidas and Tsimshians, if Seattle accepts this offer.
