What do you think is the difference between the first two stanzas and the next two stanzas of the poem I Believe written by Brucellish K Sangma?

In the first two stanzas, the poet has talked about the atmosphere, while in the next two stanzas she has talked about hydrosphere and lithosphere.
In the first two stanzas the speaker touch the sky and feel the stars, while in the next two stanzas she would dive deep into the sea and crawl into the earth to find out gems to adorn herself.
