The poem In the Bazaars of Hyderabad is indeed intended to represent the glory of the Indian products, Indian art and culture. Many products were made from precious stones, ivory, or metals like gold and silver. The artists also made colourful products  with attractive designs as mentioned throughout the poem. The bells made for the feet of blue pigeons are mentioned as ‘frail as a dragon-fly’s wing’ — it’s indeed a great skill to make those. The magicians and the musicians are the most important examples of the Indian artistic skills mentioned in the poem. The flower girls making chaplets are another addition to the skill of the Indians.
