What is the main idea or topic in Rabindranath Tagore’s poem ‘Where the Mind is Without Fear’ and in which part of the poem is the idea to be found?

The main idea of the poem is to lift the poet’s country into a heaven of freedom. Tagore prays to God to give his countrymen certain virtues like fearlessness, knowledge, broad-mindedness, logical mind etc. that can enable his nation to achieve and enjoy freedom to the fullest.

And this main idea of the poem is found in the very last line of the poem where he says:

Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.

The main topic or idea of the poem is to waken the countrymen to clear reason, truth and understanding.
It is found in the second part of the poem.
