The colors mentioned in the poem are crimson and silver of turbans, purple of tunic brocade, green of jade, saffron, yellow of lentils, the golden colour of jewellery, azure and red of tassels and white of blossoms.
These variety of colours create cheerful and positive vibes in our minds and they represent the vibrancy of an Indian market. This vibrancy is what the poet wanted to show.

According to me the answer is crimson purple brocade, shades of blue, silver and gold, lentils which are yellow and green of jade.
