Cancellation and Refund Policy
Given the nature of the Internet and digital products where content can be copied and downloaded very easily and quickly, as a policy, we do not generally allow cancellation or refund on a purchase unless required under Indian consumer law and other consumer protection laws.
If you face problem with our product or service, or otherwise displeased with a purchase and would like to request a refund on the purchase, we request you to send a refund request within seven days of purchase to email@example.com.
We will assess the refund requests on their merit and all refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
When you can get a refund?
We will process a refund in case you haven’t received the product or service which was promised, provided the claims are genuine and proved after investigation.
When you cannot get a refund?
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following :
- you simply changed your mind;
- a service or product did not meet your expectations;
- you purchased the item by mistake; or
- you do not have sufficient expertise or means to use the service or product;
Refunds, if any, will be made to the original source from where the amount was debited at the time of purchase.
